Milton Keynes based vibratory deburring and polishing experts PDJ Vibro has recently joined Made in the Midlands to increase communication with UK manufacturing, in order to serve the community with ever increasing value add. This means members will have direct access to the PDJ Vibro owners who have 121 years of combined experience.

PDJ Vibro automates component hand finishing, deburring, polishing and superfinishing, with the highest quality of vibratory, barrel and centrifugal finishing equipment. They also supply finishing media and compound, along with a 24 hour subcontract finishing service.

What makes PDJ unique to other businesses who supply these types of products and services, is their inhouse stock availability consisting of 120+ finishing machines and 180,000 kgs of consumables. David Hurley, Managing Director at PDJ Vibro, said:

“All of our goods and services are underpinned with unique guarantees that ensure client satisfaction, clients speak directly to our experts with decades of hands-on experience.”

By being part of the group, the firm hopes to build trustworthy relationships with businesses that wish to or are thinking about automating their hand finishing, as well as those looking to improve their existing component finishing systems.

As we edge closer to 2022, and with businesses still dealing with the aftermath of Brexit and the ongoing pandemic, there is no better time for businesses to invest in automation to ensure they are one step ahead of their current competitors. David concluded:

“Our unique approach to stock and 24 hour finishing service ensure client production requirements are resolved immediately.”
