July 2023 - Week 2 of our summer sale is here and we have two machines on offer that can be sold as standalone units or used in tandem. The first is a wet process machine with an 800-litre usable volume. This machine features a separation screen and a no-rise chamber separation system, making it perfect for processing both large pieces (which won't interfere with each other) and smaller ones. The unload flap is a nice feature, pneumatically operated via a control panel, which allows smaller pieces to unload effortlessly. This machine is versatile enough to process various components for deburring, polishing, or superfinishing. It boasts an excellent lining and can be purchased with or without the acoustic cover. You will require the control panel with an optional water flow and chemical management system.
The second machine is the EVK-550, a 550-litre maizorb dryer that can seamlessly integrate with the wet process machine. Parts can unload directly from the wet process machine into the side of the EVK-550 for single or multiple laps. The gate opens and closes as necessary to maintain the flow of parts.
